Postal return procedure

NB: For orders sent internationally, additional delivery costs can be added.

You will receive your package within 10 working days according to your date of purchase.

To make a return by post, simply contact us at: info@sportetchic.com.

Do not forget to register your invoice number, the date of purchase as well as the reason for the return. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible in order to follow up on your request.

Order error or defect

Your package has been carefully checked and packed before leaving Sport & Chic. If however there was an error in the preparation of your order, we will take care of the return.

Other reasons

If you are not satisfied with the color, size, or if the product simply does not suit you, note that fees of $ 14 more taxes will be deducted from the amount of the reimbursement.

Free return procedure in store

You can make a return to our Vieux-Québec store. Just present yourself on site with your products to be returned and your original invoice.

Return time

For a return, you have 15 days from the reception of the package to send us the items (s).The item must be in new condition, that is to say not damaged, clean, without odors, animal hair, as well as with the original labels and packaging.

Transport

Additional return costs can be applied if the returned item is no longer in new condition. If an article is not withdrawable or unfit for resale, especially when used or washed, we reserve the right to refuse your return. The article will then be re -expressed and we will charge you transport costs of $ 25.

Reimbursement deadlines

In normal times, the treatment of reimbursement is done within 48 hours working on the reception of the package in our warehouses, and then appears on your account within 4 to 5 working days. Please note that because of the pandemic situation, a higher time is to be expected between receipt of your return to branch and reimbursement, because the packages are quarantined upon arrival.

Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to take note of the return policy, as well as the deadlines prescribed above. The compliant and secure packaging of the item when returning is also the responsibility of the customer.
