To make a return by post, simply contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do not forget to enter your invoice number, the date of purchase and the reason for the return. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to respond to your request.
Order error or defect
Your package has been carefully checked and packed before leaving Sport & Chic. If, however, there was an error in the preparation of your order, we will take care of the return.
If you are not satisfied with the color, size, or the product simply does not suit you, note that a charge of $ 14 plus tax will be deducted from the refund amount.
Free return in store procedure
You can return to our boutique in Old Quebec. All you have to do is show up on site with your products to be returned and your original invoice.
For a return, you have 15 days from receipt of the package to ship the item (s) to us.The item must be in new condition, that is, undamaged, clean, odorless, free from animal hair, and with the original tags and packaging.
Additional return charges may apply if the returned item is no longer in new condition. If an item is non-refundable or unfit for resale, especially when used or washed, we reserve the right to refuse your return. The item will then be shipped back to you and you will be charged a shipping cost of $ 25.
Normally, the refund is processed within 48 working hours of receipt of the package in our warehouses, and then appears in your account within 4 to 5 working days. Please note that due to the pandemic situation, there may be a longer delay between receiving your return at the branch and your refund, as packages are quarantined upon arrival.
It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the Return Policy, as well as the deadlines prescribed above. The correct and secure packaging of the item upon return is also the responsibility of the customer.
